These portfolios for students are 19 inches tall and 12 inches wide. There is one pocket on the front, two pockets inside, and one pocket on the back. Each pocket is 9 1/2 inches tall. The folder is made of white, uncoated tag board.

The folders fit perfectly into a laundry basket, milk crate or file cabinet.

The 4-pocket folder can be used to organize anything! Many teachers use them as student portfolios. Each pocket can be used to store one quarter’s work, or the pockets can be used for different subjects. Children can draw on the folders to personalize them.

"These portfolios for students encourage a better written and artistic product in all major subject areas because the kids have a place to save and display their work."

"I like using the 4-pocket folder as a student portfolio. They are wonderful to use at conferences because they provide an easy and fun way to show parents the progress their child has made. At the end of the year, families have a souvenir of second grade!"

Jan O.
2nd Grade Teacher

"I buy these folders for my daughter and son. They help me organize their things. Because they're nice and big, we can save many of those special projects!"
